You must be at least 13 years old to use GoalPulse, or older if required by the laws in your jurisdiction.

By using GoalPulse, you represent that:

• You are legally able to enter into these Terms
• The information you provide is accurate
• You will use the Service only in compliance with applicable laws

GoalPulse is a productivity and goal execution platform designed to help users plan goals, organize weekly execution, track progress, use focus tools, explore curated insights, and engage with community features.

We may update, improve, change, or remove features at any time.

You may need to create an account to use some or all of GoalPulse.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity under your account
• Notifying us promptly of any unauthorized use or security issue

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the Service or other users.

GoalPulse may offer paid subscriptions. If you purchase a subscription:

• You agree to pay all applicable fees
• Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled
• Billing, renewals, and cancellations may be handled through Apple, Google, Stripe, or another payment provider depending on how you subscribed
• Pricing may change with notice where required

You are responsible for managing your subscription through the applicable billing platform unless otherwise stated. Refunds, if any, are subject to the policies of the platform through which you purchased the subscription and applicable law.

You agree not to:

• Use GoalPulse for unlawful purposes
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
• Upload or share content that is abusive, harmful, defamatory, discriminatory, threatening, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate
• Misuse community features
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Use GoalPulse to distribute spam, malicious code, or harmful content

You may create, post, or store content in GoalPulse, including goals, notes, plans, posts, comments, and other materials ("User Content").

You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by submitting User Content through GoalPulse, you grant us a limited license to host, store, display, process, and use that content as needed to operate and improve the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you post and for ensuring you have the right to share it. We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms.

If you use community features, you agree to participate respectfully. We may moderate, remove, restrict, or review community content and user behavior if needed to maintain safety, quality, and integrity within the platform.

We are not responsible for the opinions, posts, or conduct of users.

GoalPulse is a tool for planning, execution, and accountability. We do not guarantee that you will achieve any specific personal, professional, financial, academic, or fitness result by using the Service.

Your results depend on your own effort, decisions, circumstances, and consistency.

GoalPulse provides productivity tools, planning systems, community features, and curated content for informational purposes only.

GoalPulse does not provide medical, mental health, legal, financial, or professional advice. Any decisions you make based on the Service are your responsibility.

GoalPulse and its original content, branding, design, features, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the Service except as allowed by law or with our written permission.

You may stop using GoalPulse at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your use creates risk or harm
• We are required to do so by law
• We discontinue the Service

Termination does not eliminate obligations that by nature should survive, including payment obligations, disclaimers, and limitation of liability provisions.

GoalPulse is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

We do not guarantee that the Service will always be secure, error-free, or available.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoalPulse and its affiliates, owners, employees, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to GoalPulse in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you have not made any payments, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify users through the app, website, or other appropriate means. Continued use of GoalPulse after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.
